When it comes to shipping, please allow up to 1-2 months for production and delivery. This timeframe includes crafting your item and a thorough quality check before dispatch. We recommend placing your order well in advance of your event date to ensure timely delivery.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
A warm reminder - Each item is custom-made to order, and therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as for change of mind, sizing, or event cancellations.
Before making your purchase, please carefully review the sizing chart (UK sizes) and item photos before placing your order. If you have questions, please contact us before placing your order.
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We want to ensure that you feel secure when making a purchase from Veil and Lace.
