How long does shipping take?

All of our gowns and veils are made to order. Please allow up to 1-3 months for production and delivery. This timeframe includes sizing confirmation, crafting your item, and a thorough quality check before dispatch. We recommend placing your order well in advance of your event date to ensure timely delivery.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each item is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or event cancellations. Please carefully review the sizing chart (UK sizes) and photos before placing your order. However, if your product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a repair or replacement where appropriate.

Can the designs be customised?

Yes, we can discuss customising one of our gowns for an additional fee. Tell us what customisations you would like and we can give you a quote.

We are an Australian-owned ONLINE-ONLY bridal store. However, we ship internationally to brides across the globe, including the USA, Canada and UK.
